Parent Orientation Day
We would like to welcome all parents of our brand new Cherngtalay campus into school for the Parent Orientation Day on Thursday 24th August. There will be a presentation in the Indoor Learning Centre (ILC) for each phase where our Heads will welcome our parents, go through important matters for the start of term including accessing your child’s timetable as well as further details related to policies and expectations, the curriculum, the school day, and other details. All teachers within each phase will be introduced. We encourage all parents to attend and take this opportunity to familiarise themselves with our new school.
Following the meeting in the Indoor Learning Centre, there will be sessions with the homeroom teachers in your child’s classroom followed by specific meetings for our first language Thai, Mandarin and Russian speaking families. Class lists for next year will be released at the start of Orientation Day and will be displayed outside each classroom.
Data Protection Declaration
With changes to data protection legislation in Thailand, it is important that we share with all parents our Data Protection Policy and ask you to confirm that you accept our systems for handling personal data. Personal data that we hold for parents (e.g. contact details, names and relationships to students) can be found on the parent portal under My Details. If parents wish to update any details, they can ‘request a change’ on the My Details tab, or email: [email protected].
We need each parent to complete the Google Form below which has a link to the Parent Portal and also the Data Protection Policy. This does not need to be completed for each child, but both parents need to complete the form separately. Parents who completed this form last year do not need to resubmit the form again.
