Ali Baba

Our end of year Musical is Ali Baba and the Bongo Bandits. This year we are doing two performances, on the 16th and 17th of June (Thursday and Friday). The shows will start at 7:00 pm. HeadStart is pleased to present the tickets are free of charge. Family and friends welcome! Please book your seat in the front office between the 6-10th of June.

It promises to be a celebration of music, drama and dancing and will definitely be entertaining! On the days of the shows all ASPs are cancelled so children and staff have a chance to go home, change, eat and come back for the show. We hope to see you all there!

The ancient city of Old Baghdad is in chaos. Whilst the bustling bazaar is overrun with ruthless robbers, up in the palace Sultan Pepper’s precious princess and Royal Ruby have vanished! To make matters worse, it seems the poor Sultan cannot trust his own Vizier, Mustapha Widdle, nor his mischievous monkey Booboo. So when Ali Baba discovers the hidden Cave Of Wonders, secret hideout of Balthazar Bongo and his bumbling bandits, it’s down to him to save the day! But when his ravenous, tap-dancing camel Humphrey bites off more than he can chew and Ali is accused of royal robbery, his fate seems as sealed as the Cave Of Wonders itself! With the sands of time rapidly running out, will Ali escape the clutches of the evil Vizier? Will he find and free the imprisoned princess? And what’s in store when Ali and Bongo finally meet… fez to fez? These mysteries and many more are revealed as we follow Ali across the dusty desert dunes to face forty filthy thieves, rescue a runaway princess, fly a magic carpet and release a genie from a bottle of ketchup!

This hysterical show is filled with mystical mayhem and a swag-bag of laughs to provide an Arabian night you’ll never forget! With colourful characters, a side-splitting script, an enchanting score of show-stopping songs and a sprinkle of sparkle from a genius genie, this magical musical is everything you could wish for!

ณ กรุงแบกแดดในสมัยโบราณกาล เมืองที่คราคร่ำไปด้วยผู้คนและความสับสนวุ่นวาย ขณะที่เจ้าโจรเถื่อนกำลังหลบหนีอะไรบางอย่าง ในเวลาเดียวกันที่วังสุลต่านก็กำลังวุ่นวาย พริกไทยที่เจ้าหญิงโปรดปรานและทับทิมล้ำค่าของราชวงศ์ถูกขโมยไป!! เหตุการณ์ซ้ำร้าย เมื่อท่านสุลต่านดูเหมือนจะไว้ใจใครไม่ได้เลย ทั้ง ไวเซอร์, มุสตาฟาวิดเดิ้ล, หรือแม้กระทั่งเจ้าบูดู ลิงแสนซนของเอง และเมื่ออาลิบาบา ค้นพบถ้ามหัศจรรย์ ความลับแห่ง บาร์ฮาซ่า บองโก และเจ้าโจรก็ถูกเปิดเผย ดูเหมือนว่าโชคชะตาเล่นตลกทำให้เขาต้องพบกับเรื่องราวอันแสนน่าฉงนสงสัยและชวนติดตาม อาลิบาบาจะหนีจากเงื้อมมือ ไวเซอร์ พ้นหรือไม่ แล้วเขาจะช่วยเจ้าหญิงให้เป็นอิสระได้หรือเปล่า และอะไรที่ซ่อนอยู่เมื่อครั้งอาลิบาบาเผชิญหน้ากับบองโก ขอให้ท่านร่วมเดินทางไขปริศนาความลึกลับทั้งหมดนี้ไปกับอาลิบาบา ด้วยพรมวิเศษและยักษ์ในขวดซอสมะเขือเทศ !
