Parent Orientation

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to the 2017 - 2018 Academic year.

We would like to invite all new and returning parents to the school on Friday 18th August, for our Parent Orientation Day.

As a school, we consider this a very important day and we hope you will make the time necessary to attend these meetings. This will give you a chance to meet with your child’s homeroom teacher, see their new classroom, as well as meet with all of your child’s teachers and the school management.

These meetings really are vital in ensuring you have the information necessary to help your child to start the academic year successfully; it is also when you will be informed which class your child will be in for this new academic year.

Meetings will be held at these times:

Foundation 8:30-9:30 am

Primary 11:00-12:00 pm

Secondary 1:30-2:30 pm

Meetings will be held for Thai parents at the following times:

Foundation 9:30-10:00 am

Primary 12:00-12:30 pm

Secondary 2:30–3:00 pm

After a short introduction in the Sports Hall, you will meet with your child’s homeroom teacher to discuss specific details regarding the new school year and will be given a parent orientation pack. The parent pack will contain information regarding the following:

• Homeroom Teachers’ profiles • Student timetables • A study overview for each subject • A list of equipment students should bring to school
