23rd June - Graduation Ceremony & Dinner

Dress code: formal

09:30am	Students arrive at school for Graduation ceremony practice
10:00am	Graduation practice (Sports Hall)
11:00am	Catered lunch and photo session for students & teachers
12:00pm	Graduation preparation: hair and makeup
12.30pm	Parents arrive at school and go to Sports Hall
12.45pm	Be seated in the Sports Hall for the ceremony
02.55pm	Year 13s depart in a double-decker bus
03.30pm	All meet at Ramada Hotel (ballroom) for a photoshoot
05.00pm	Welcome speech
05.30pm	Dinner is served
06.00pm	Speeches, songs and goodbyes
