‘Recruitment and vetting procedures are organised well and are rigorous. Continuing professional development is matched to staff needs and the school enables access to, and provides facilities for, visiting specialists and externally provided training. Teachers have good experience of the English national curriculum as well as the external examination expectations and this ensures that the school keeps pace with changes to, and the requirements of, delivering the curriculum.’
