Head Boy and Head Girl–Mark Goodman
We are very proud to announce the new Head Boy and Head Girl of HeadStart International School are Nick Gunn and Nandita Sethi. The Head Boy and Girl supervise prefects, make speeches on behalf of the school and the award is considered to be the highest honour the school can give to a student.

Run For Richard News
We are proud to announce that Kayleigh finished the 42 km Marathon on the 9th of June in just under 4 and 1/2 hours. Richard Allenby and the HeadStart Athletics club were there to watch her pass the finish line. A big thank you to all of the generous support of this fundraiser, Kayleigh was able to raise a total of 63,400 Baht in support of Richard’s recovery.
We also thank our supporters who offered fantastic prizes for this fundraiser; Mr Claude Sauter, GM of the Panwa Beach Resort, Mr Brice Borin, GM of the Regent Hotel Panwa as well as the Indigo Pearl Hotel for their donation.

The winners of the raffle are:
1.) Phuwanat Sutiravidvanich (Nong Pooh) in Year 2A: a 2 night stay at the Panwa Beach Resort including breakfast and a voucher valued at 1,500 Baht at the Baan Thai restaurant.
2.) Frankie Plakhov in Year 5A: a 2 night stay at the Regent Phuket Cape Panwa.
3.) Phillip Westling in Year 8B: 1 term of free after school activities, courtesy of HeadStart school.
4.) Aleksandr Nikolaev in Year 3B: Friday night Buffet at the Black Ginger restaurant at the Indigo Pearl Hotel valued at 3,000 Baht.

14 HeadStart students also participated in the 2 km Laguna Marathon on the 9th of June, 2013. We are proud to announce the following results:
Important information for the End of Year Performance
Please see the map of how to find the venue for the End of Year Performance:
1.) ** Ticket info:** Tickets are on sale at the upstairs office. Please get your ticket before the 25th of June. You will be able to buy tickets at the door as well.
–300 Baht for parents
–Free for all HeadStart students (including Secondary students wishing to join)
–100 Baht for all visiting children over the age of 2.
**Food Services: **HS Kitchen will provide a snack box with healthy options for the students after they finish their performances. There will also be a coffee break for the parents and visitors at the entrance.
Seating arrangement: Preschool, Early Years and Reception students are welcome to sit with their parents after they perform. Students in Year 1-6 will have designated places to sit before and after they perform. Should you need to leave early you can pick up your child from the teacher at the designated seating area.
Drop off info: Parents will need to drop their child off at Simon Star at 9:30 am for the morning shift and at 12:30 pm for the afternoon shift. Please communicate with your Homeroom teacher regarding the details.

ประธานนักเรียนชาย และนักเรียนหญิง จากครูมาร์ค กู๊ดแมน
โรงเรียนเฮดสตาร์ทมีความยินดีเป็นอย่างมากที่จะประกาศให้ท่านได้ทราบว่าประธานนักเรียนชาย คนใหม่ของโรงเรียนนานาชาติเฮดสตาร์ทคือ นิค กันน์(Nick Gunn) และประธานนักเรียนหญิงคนใหม่คือนันทิตา (Nandita Sethi) ทั้งสองคนเป็นตัวแทนนักเรียนที่สมบูรณ์แบบมาก เป็นตัวแทนนักเรียนในการกล่าวคำสุนทรพจน์ของโรงเรียน และยังได้รับรางวัลเกียรติยศต่างๆของโรงเรียนอีกด้วย
ข่าวกิจกรรมการวิ่งการกุศลเพื่อคุณครูริชาร์ด
ทางโรงเรียนมีความยินดีที่จะประกาศว่าคุณครูเคไลห์ได้วิ่งมาราธอนระยะทาง 42 กิโลเมตรสำเร็จแล้ว เมื่อวันที่ 9 มิถุนายนที่ผ่านมา ด้วยเวลา 4 ชั่วโมงครึ่ง คุณครูริชาร์ดและสมาชิกชมรมกรีฑาได้ไปร่วมเชียร์ที่เส้นชัยด้วย และต้องขอขอบพระคุณเป็นอย่างสูงสำหรับการสนับสนุนโครงการนี้ ยอดบริจาคอยู่ที่ 63,400 บาท

นักเรียนของเฮดสตาร์ท 14 คนได้เข้าร่วมแข่งขันวิ่งลากูน่ามาราธอนระยะทาง 2 กิโลเมตร ในวันที่ 9 มิถุนายนที่ผ่านมา ผลการแข่งขันมีดังนี้
อันดับ 2 เด็กชายลอเร้นท์ (Laurent Edouard) อันดับ 4 เด็กชายธีรเดช (Tiradetch Korpachon) อันดับ 6 เด็กชายวินเซนท์ (Vincent Edouard)
ข้อมูลสำคัญสำหรับงาน End of Year Performance
การจำหน่ายตั๋ว สามารถซื้อไดที่ห้องธุรการ เพื่อความสะดวกกรุณาซื้อตั๋วก่อนวันที่ 25 มิถุนายน แต่หากท่านไม่สะดวก สามารถซื้อตั๋วที่หน้างานได้เช่นกัน

สำหรับแขกที่เป็นเด็กอายุตั้งแต่ 2 ขวบ ขึ้นไป ราคา 100 บาท
** อาหาร** : ทางโรงเรียนจะเตรียมอาหารว่างใส่กล่องสำหรับนักเรียนหลังจากแสดงเสร็จ และมีกาแฟสำหรับผู้ปกครองและแขกในบริเวณทางเข้างาน
** การจัดการเรื่องที่นั่ง** : นักเรียนชั้น Preschool, Early Years and Reception สามารถนั่งกับผู้ปกครองได้หลังจากแสดงเสร็จ นักเรียนชั้น Year 1-6 จะต้องลงชื่อจองที่นั่งก่อนและหลังการแสดง หากท่านผู้ปกครองมีความประสงค์ที่จะรับนักเรียนกลับก่อนเวลากรุณาแจ้งครูได้ที่บริเวณที่ลงชื่อจองที่นั่งนักเรียน
