International School Status

HeadStart, now with a student body of 240, received recognised International School status from the Ministry of Education of Thailand and officially became HeadStart International School, Phuket. The school’s campus and facilities were expanded further with the opening of the Secondary school building adding in new 10 new classrooms, a Secondary canteen and a covered football pitch, as well as a library. In the same year, HeadStart’s Pre-School was built to meet the demand for Early Years and Nursery age children. The school’s growth continued, with two classes per year group being established to accommodate the continued high level of interest in enrolment at the school.
