Glow Party

The event will take place at the Hilton Arcadia Resort and Spa in Karon.

The party will begin promptly at 6:00pm. Please be sure to arrive early as guests are required to park at the entrance and take a shuttle bus to the main lobby, which takes up to 15 minutes. At the lobby, please ask the hotel staff for directions to the Glow Party venue.

We want to reassure students that they are welcome to dress as they like. There is no strict dress code. The main idea is to wear something that glows or that is neon coloured so that it glows when in the black light box.

If your son/daughter is being collected by another adult/parent, please email the school office informing us of the name of your child and the name of the parent they will be leaving with. If your son/daughter is in year 11 - 13 and you are happy for them to make their own way home from the party, please email the school office to confirm this.

Please be on time to pick up your child in order to avoid teachers having to wait until late on a Friday evening. Thank you for your consideration.

Programme:

05:45-Arrivals

06:00-Students take photos at the insta-photo booth & with a professional photographer

06:30-Games & dancing with MC Zak and live DJ Maddie

07:00-Canapes and drinks (served for 1.5 hours)

07:30- Games & dancing/Announce winners of Neon Prince/Princess/King/Queen

08:30-Year 7-9 move to lobby & are picked up by parents/Year 10-13 games/dancing

10:00-End of event: Year 10-13 are picked up.
