Josephine Taypoc

Hi! My name is Josephine Paulino Taypoc. I feel so grateful and excited to be part of HeadStart as the Year 4 Blue Deputy Teacher. In fact, this will be my fourth year in this amazing school. I am from the Northern part of the Philippines and studied at Benguet State University, gaining my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education majoring in General Education. Currently, I am finishing my master’s degree in Education major in Educational Management. My combined years of experience as an ESL and regular school teacher provide me with an avenue for enabling myself to become a more effective and efficient teacher whilst conveying enthusiasm and interest in promoting a dynamic, conducive, exciting, and positive learning environment that empowers both the teacher and students to pursue learning. I believe passionately in knowing the students’ personalities, strengths and weaknesses allowing them to explore, unleash and enhance their potential, ignite imagination and instil a love of learning. May this be a year full of memories and learning. I am so excited to teach and get to know all of you!
