Swimathon for Charity
In March 2018 Children, parents and staff stayed up all night to swim non stop in a squad relay for 12 hours from 6.00pm to 6.00am. The idea behind the event was to raise money for the Life Home Project, based here in Phuket. 72 Aqua Panthers worked hard to get friends and family to sponsor them to either take part in the event or on a lap by lap basis. The students were put into teams for half an hour or hourly slots, when they then tried to out do each other in the amount of laps they could cover in their allotted time slot. All the students took immense pride in their performance and pushed each other to their limits to raise as much money as they could for the Life Home Project. After 12 hours of extraordinary individual and team endeavor the Aqua Panthers manged to cover a whopping distance of 54.7 kilometers and raise over 50,000 Baht!!!
